Hardgainer Training - How To Put On Weight Naturally

From March to August I was able to naturally put on half a stone.

Ty here, I wanted to show everyone its 100% possible for hardgainers to put on muscle mass and weight (in all the right areas).

I been training since I was 16 but continued to stay lean and narrow, until I turned 18 and it clicked. Consistency is key when it comes to gym! This year I have been training hard and would love to help anyone going through this journey also. I am still on my journey to achieve my weight goals but through experience I want to show you what has been working for me so far.
